If you're in Bengaluru, you really must visit the Byg Brewski Brewing Company, said to be the largest microbrewery in Asia. The captivating milieu of a lovely lake with ducks, an outdoor eating area, and lush vegetation is ideal for hanging out with friends. They serve delicious bar snacks like Calcutta Club Chicken Cutlet and Arabic Fatayer. The beers here include Byg Wit, Byg Hefeweizen, Byg Triple, Byg Ella Pale Ale, and Byg Rauch. Their Byg Hefeweizen, a beer crafted in the Bavarian style and fermented by a unique strain of yeast, is very popular. It has notes of banana and clove, and the unique blend of wheat and clove gives the beer a tart flavour.

Geist Brewing Co. crafts a diverse range of international craft beers: Belgian-style Witbier, South German-style Wheat Beer, Bavarian-style Dark Wheat Beer, American-style IPA, German-style Märzen, Franconia-style Smoked Wheat Beer, Belgian-style Strong Blond Ale, and India Pale Lager. Operating a 10,000 sq. ft. factory, they began at Geist Brewing Co. OMR in 2020, now with locations offering unique experiences in Bangalore. Their expansions reach Hyderabad, retail outlets in Bangalore and Pondicherry, and feature collaborations with Moonshine Meadery for "Show Me The Honey" beer and Magnolia Bakery for dessert-inspired cocktails.

Red Rhino is a microbrewery for party heads. There is outdoor seating as well as a terrace bar with a view of the Whitefield skyline and duplex-style sitting. Bangalore Daze, Black Pearl, Soul Surfer, Hefeweizen, GBP lager, and a few seasonal (and low-calorie) alternatives are some of the well-known Red Rhino beers. The rest of the menu consists of a combination of imported beers, IMFL beverages, and a range of cocktails, along with bar snacks like dumplings, Red Rhino Chilli Chicken, and burgers. They also have Saturday DJ nights and filling Sunday brunches to head out for.

Brooks and Bonds Brewery is known for its seasonal beers like Mango Beer and Oatmeal Stout. The ambience is quite rustic with factory-inspired design and al fresco dining. They have special crunchy California Fried Chicken and exotic cheesy thin-crust Italiano pizza, which are yummy to munch on. Other crafted beers on their menu are Imperial Porter, which tastes like dark fruit and malt Belgian Wit with subtle coriander and orange flavours wheat beer Rauchweizen, with minty-banana flavour and spicy and fruity flavoured Weizenbock with the warmth of alcohol. Their latest launch is the Kaleidoscopic Wit. This Belgian-style wheat beer offers a vibrant tapestry of chamomile, citrus zest, and coriander.
