Have a Piemonte with cocktails

A new Italian joint is opening in Kolkata. Since its establishment in 2017, Fabbrica Originale has become a popular destination for Italian dining in Kolkata. Founded by three friends who share a deep passion for Italian cuisine, Fabbrica started as a pizzeria and has since expanded to include two well-loved outlets on Allenby Road and in City Centre. The latest flagship location has now opened on Park Street. This new outlet spans 3,000 square feet and combines classic European design elements with modern aesthetics. The menu features aperitif-forward cocktails, regional handmade pasta, a carefully curated wine list, artisanal gelato, and some beloved signature dishes. For starters, guests can enjoy marinated mixed olives and Arancini cacao e pepe, while hearty pasta dishes include Mafaldine al Tartufo. The pizza selection features the Margherita con bufala, and for dessert, you can indulge in Homemade Pistachio Gelato and tiramisu originale. When it comes to drinks, try the refreshing Portofino, a blend of clarified Italian basil, gin, and Italian lemon, or the bold Caffe Spritzer, which combines whiskey, fermented coffee, and lime. The Negroni, infused with coconut oil, offers a unique twist on the classic cocktail.
