Non-vegetarians can indulge in dishes such as the Pan-Seared Hokkaido Scallop served in a Porcini Consommé, perfectly paired with Fishing Cat Pinot Grigio, which adds crisp citrus and floral notes to the delicate seafood. For the main course, the Roasted Lamb Loin, crusted with bitter cocoa, is complemented by Fishing Cat Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Riserva DOC, enhancing the lamb’s deep, robust flavours with its rich cherry and blackberry aromas. Vegetarians are treated to highlights like the Ricotta Stuffed Zucchini Flower, accompanied by creamy burrata and pecorino, perfectly paired with Fishing Cat Pecorino DOC d’Abruzzo, whose tropical fruity and floral notes enhance the dish’s fresh flavours. Another standout is the Pumpkin Stuffed Eggless Ravioli, whose savoury-sweet filling is elevated by Fishing Cat Cabernet Sauvignon’s tropical and citrus notes. The meal concludes with a Yoghurt Mousse, served with Strawberry Compression and Honeycomb Crumble, complemented by Fishing Cat Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC, adding a refreshing acidity and berry undertones to the sweet finale.

At the expansive Amrit Udyan

Scattered across 15 acres, Amrit Udyan, formerly known as the Mughal Gardens, is the focal point of Rashtrapati Bhavan. Originally containing the East Lawn, Central Lawn, Long Garden, and Circular Garden, it has been enhanced with additional features under the leadership of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and Shri Ram Nath Kovind, including Herbal-I, Herbal-II, Tactile Garden, Bonsai Garden, and Arogya Vanam. A magnificent display of seasonal blooms, including Coleus, Celosia, and Tuberose, is promised at the Udyan Utsav 2024. A treehouse, the 225-year-old Sheesham tree, Bal Vatika, a children's garden, Nature's Classroom, and the varied flora in the Bonsai and Circular Gardens are among the new attractions. A bustling food court and ongoing exhibitions are also available to visitors. From September 12th to 15th, the Vividhta Ka Amrit Mahotsav will highlight Southern India’s vibrant cultural heritage and traditions within the enchanting setting of Amrit Udyan.
