Welcome, fellow traveller. It is in the nature of journeys
to be memorable for different reasons. Some of our most remembered holidays are
inspiring, delicious, peaceful, unexpected and, on the occasion, just plain
frustrating. If you would like to relive them, do unpack those suitcases of
memories right here. Journey again by rail, road and sea (okay, okay, aeroplane
too). Use pen or pencil if you wish but, necessarily, your computer keyboard as
well. That magical holiday (sigh!), mountain breeze through the pines, that
trip to your grandmother's house, bajjis on the beach, breathless rock
climbing, lungfuls of pure oxygen, flashbacks and wishing wands, planned
disasters and serendipity - you'll be surprised how much fun you can have
writing and reading. Go around your world in 80 (please don't take that too
seriously) words or 800. We admit to accepting only India-based travelogues
though exceptions, such as the Manas Sarovar Yatra, do expand our boundaries.
